1. The service

Allay is a free service provided by Draft Apps (privacy@draftapps.it) that helps you write down, sort out and review everyday worries. It includes the Vault (a private space on your device), the Garden (an anonymous sharing space), the guides and the option to write to the team.

2. Allay is not a clinical or emergency service

Allay is a personal reflection tool. It does not provide diagnoses, therapy or medical or psychological advice and does not replace professionals or health services. Messages to the team are not monitored in real time. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number or one of the lines listed under “Get help now”.

3. Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to use Allay.

4. Your Vault

Vault content stays on your device and is your responsibility. If you clear your browser data, lose the device or forget your code without a backup, we cannot recover it. We recommend installing Allay as an app and creating an encrypted backup from time to time.

5. Garden rules

The Garden is a place for kind words. By publishing you agree to:

• not include personal data about yourself or others (names, contacts, recognisable places, links);
• not judge, mock, harass or threaten anyone;
• not give medical advice or diagnoses, nor encourage dangerous behaviour;
• not publish advertising, spam or illegal content.

Each post accepts a limited number of replies, then closes, and is deleted when it expires. You can delete your content whenever you like.

6. Moderation

Content reported by several people is hidden pending review. The team may hide or delete content that breaks these rules and temporarily block publishing from a device. We use automatic filters for emails, phone numbers, links and offensive words.

7. Your content

What you publish remains yours. By publishing it you grant us a non-exclusive, free right to display it in the Garden until it expires or is deleted. We do not use it for anything else.

8. Affiliate links

Some links to the paper notebook are affiliate links: if you buy, Draft Apps may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. They are always marked.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working well, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Draft Apps is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, nor for content published by other users.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Allay after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
